I work with leaders who are passionate about making this world a better place. Many are misfits, who are struggling to find their unique way of doing so.

Like my clients, I love to explore new technology and how it can further human development. In 2009, I co-founded Radical Inclusion. It was one of the first companies to offer team development for remote and distributed teams.

In 2012, after a health scare, I mustered the courage to confront my wounds and the pain they caused. I trained as a coach and trauma therapist and, in the process, was able to find the path to myself. 

Both my consulting work and my inner journey also helped me understand. There are no formulas and systems to becoming a great leader. It is about reconnecting with what makes us feel safe to shed the masks and be ourselves.
