Sina Jordis

Sina's expertise is the resolution of developmental trauma, especially regarding enmeshment trauma, gaslighting and other forms of emotional abuse. She uses The Spiral in a powerful combination with Parts Work therapy, Inner Child work, and medial counselling. Those who seek her service are being guided to awaken to their own greatness and sovereignty, while freeing themselves from leaky boundaries and self limiting beliefs through decoding the shackles of emotional conditioning. Sina is an advocate of our inner and outer children. The healing of our planet and the reclamation and remembering of the true feminine are centre pieces of her work.
As a mother of two beautiful boys, she also works as a postpartum practitioner, guiding women compassionately and free of judgment on the powerful journey from maiden to motherhood.
