Hi, I'm Michael.

I am a systemic coach and trainer for sustainable personal development.

My focus is on authenticity, potential, and spiritual development, so that people can re-discover the magic of the world.

My life’s work is in the field of organizational and personal development, where I am using a wide range of tools from process-oriented psychology and flow skills to complex systemic developmental models. Through the years I specialize in working with social and business entrepreneurs.

Thirty years ago, I began to work on my own blockages and shadows, among others completing therapy trainings on each level of theSpiral to expand my awareness and deepen my understanding.

Through this work, I learned the importance of connecting with the different levels of experiencing and using my gifts and shadows to live a fulfilled and vital life.

I want to support you in your journey with my experiences and knowledge. I deeply convinced that Spiral Dynamics and thus The Spiral Work is a valuable tool for spiritual development, helping people find their true meaning and their purposeful place in the world.

With all my heart and dedication, I accompany transformation processes for those who have the courage to open up to themselves and to the world. My work gives me a sense of connection to something greater than myself.

Together, we walk the path of dialogue. I see your deep qualities and resources and give you the space to decide how and at what pace you want to go on your journey. Overload is just as hindering as laziness, I know from my own experience.

My vision is to connect as many people as possible with their own power and to create spaces where we can meet in a new understanding of love.
