Lucy Forrest

Lucy is a joy-bringer and permission-giver. She is an Australian farm girl, who wanted nothing more than to see the world. Previously a Registered Nurse, since 2012 she has explored many layers of herself through yoga, meditation, tantra, sacred sexuality, dance and art.

She is most passionate about supporting women to understand their innate superpowers, to connect to the magic of our beautiful bodies, to celebrate the power in each other and to embracing all that we are!

She fell in love with a Swiss man and is now based in Switzerland, where she runs women's workshops and retreats around Europe, Australia and online. She is the visionary behind creating the first women's festival in Switzerland. She works 1-1 with clients from around the world online.
