Kate is a certified Spiral practitioner with a background and qualifications in transpersonal (soul) counseling, art therapy, embodiment, and sacred sexuality.

Kate is a true leader and renegade when it comes to helping you lovingly penetrating through the stories of who think you’re meant to be. Leaving behind the ideals and expectations of society, your family, and your own belief systems, she encourages you to journey home to the truth of your infinite potential.

Kate’s medicine is a full dose of heart-centred, potent permission to be exactly who you are when you’re connected to the core of your soul’s essence. 

Her passion is supporting those who are ready and willing to powerfully step into their truest nature and fullest authentic expression through connecting to the innate wisdom held in the body. From this place you can be seen, heard, and felt in the world as the powerful creator you are and always have been. This enables you to create the life you have always dreamed of, a life you are inspired by, and a life you love! 

All of you is welcome in Kate’s containers, she prides herself in creating a safe space for you to explore all of who you are, in all your humanness and your divinity - no part of you is left behind and instead, is encouraged to be lovingly integrated to create more wholeness. 

Kate has spent the past 6 years immersing herself in the realms of embodiment, mindfulness, self-development, spirituality, and soul initiation. This has included participating and assisting in potent containers such as ISTA (International School of Temple Arts), Highden Temple Training (Mystery School - NZ), Dancing Eros (Feminine Embodiment) and many more transformational courses.
