I have studied some Kinesiology, but when I found Spiral I knew I struck gold! 

I have been through Spiral four times myself and taken people as young as 3 through the process. My clients say that I am no fluff, nurturing, non-judgmental, thorough, relatable and honest AF. 

I weave in some Reiki and let my intuition guide me in the session. I feel like a spiritual cheerleader and doula supporting your birth into your new authentic self. I get so fired up seeing my clients become consciously aware and living their best lives.
