I am Fiona Kimm Richards a Life Coach, a certified Spiral Practitioner and a student of HER Mystery School with a unique mixture of skills and experience, I’m passionate and dedicated to supporting women at all ages and stages of life.

With a background in corporate Human Resources, I have woven together over 10 years of training and development experience with 10 years of personal development to create a unique tapestry of knowledge and expertise poised and ready to dedicate to my true purpose ~ Supporting Women through Change.

I find my tools and experience most beneficial when women are at a tipping point and ready to make a change. These tipping point could be rites of passage ~ initiations ~ into womenhood, into motherhood, into wise women. Or these tipping points could be those pivotal moments when you realise you have been repeating the same pattern or behaviour over and over again and you realise you cannot possibly go another step ~ something has to change.
