Advanced Spiral Practitioner

I am a mind body practitioner with over 15 years of experience. Using a compassionate, personable but no-nonsense approach I have helped many people over the years with many issues. Once principally utilising Kinesiology, I have added The Spiral and Emotional Clearing to my toolkit to continue to assist my clients attain wonderful outcomes.

One of my gifts in this work is to listen to your words but hear what is underneath, to help you see and come to grips with the common threads running through your wide ranging experiences and help you to weave the tapestry of understanding from them; and then re-weave them into a picture that aligns more closely to your authentic self. I truly believe that this journey is about self “deepening”, not self “improvement”; you can (and should!) improve skills, but you can’t improve that which is already perfect.

I am willing and able to meet you where you are at; I will not hesitate to call out to you your patterns and blind spots nor use humour when it’s called for, but what I really want from each session is to have you connect deeply into your heart, mind and body, understand your deepest drivers, transform them and use them to create life that fills you with inspiration.

My experience with a technique called Soul Synchronisation means I have a strong sense of your energy anatomy and I bring a deep understanding of the Five Elements and the acupuncture channels; the survival system and its influence on the body and your behaviour and how they all intertwine to create your ‘patterns’ and therefore how to unlock them.

I am practical, grounded and I am known for my ability to bridge the mystical and the mainstream (or to “take the scary out of the woo woo” as one of my prior clients put it)! I am currently bringing Emotional Clearing into the corporate world!
