I see myself as a gardener, learning and sensing each plant for its unique properties and supporting them in their individual way, as what will feed one will damage another.

I was once in the dark, led with shame, guilt and anxiety, living a lie and couldn’t see it for decades. Following a series of inspirations, I’m am living a free, easy and fulfilling life led by soul rather than triggers.

My career as a Paramedic was amazing, but since my burnout, which now feels like a reset, I have lived a life in stillness, curiosity and divinely led inspiration.

We already have everything we need within. It’s just about clearing the blocks, changing our focus and hearing our true calling.
