Hello, loves. I’m Beth, AKA MZ Soul Frequency.

I mentor and educate on life/business transformations and assist in aligning you to your Soul’s frequency through potent emotional clearing- pulling emotions from in the abyss of your unconscious mind and bring to the conscious mind, clearing/releasing the shit holding you back in your life, in your relationships and/or in your business.

We are born as our destined self but we are conditioned out of it. My own journey of the discovery of who I was destined to be on this planet started with The Spiral.

As I have embodied my Soul’s frequency, it became clear I am also here to facilitate this transformation in others, thus becoming my life's purpose. 

Working with me is loving, powerful, safe, mystical, intuitive, supportive, compassionate, body-led, educational, energetically yum and down right interesting. This work lights me up and fuels my desire to go deeper in this healing with others who are looking to get out of their own way, to live a more pleasure-filled life of joy, desire, love, wealth.

I work well with those that are ALL IN for deep, soul transformational work and the harnessing of their bravery to go inward to look at self. It’s not easy to lean into our pain and shadows. My transmission of power will nurture and aid you while you allow the foundation of your beliefs to be deconstructed and recalibrated into a more clear vision of self and into your own infinite power source.
